INGREDIENTS
- 100 grams of French beans
- 200 grams of chard in a small leaves
- salt
- extra-virgin oil
- parsley
- 1 spoon of breadcrumbs
- 100 grams of the cooked ham of Praga
PREPARATION
- Wash and clean the French beans.
- Separate the rib of the chard and wash it accurately. Throw away the stalks.
- If you have a steam engine cook both the vegetables for 20 minutes. Otherwise boil the vegetables for 15 minutes in a salted water, with the uncovered saucepan so that the vegetables don’t become yellow.
- At the end of the cooking take back the greens. If you cook the greens with the steam engine add a pinch of salt. If you boil the vegetables drain them accurately. In every case dress them with a drizzle of extra-virgin oil.
- Wash the parsley, select the leaves, and mince finely with the mincing knife on a chopping board.
- In a bowl mix a spoon of breadcrumbs with a teaspoon of the minced parsley and amalgamate with the point of the fingers.
- Put the slices of the cooked ham on a chopping board. Put on every slice a layer of leaves chard. Separate the French beans in bunch (one for every slice of ham), pass them in a breadcrumb and put over the chard.
- Roll up.
- Grease a baking tin with a drizzle of oil, put in the roulades and put into the over at 200° for about 10 minutes.
